Let’s face it: The leftist mainstream media is going to run out of competent and untainted reporters by the time the 2020 elections roll around.
The sexual harassment reckoning of 2017 is upon us in full, and it has come to bite the leftist media cabal squarely in their soft underbelly. Huge figured such as Matt Lauer, Larry King, and Charlie Rose have all taken enormous hits to their reputations and their careers after being accused of inexcusable sexual misconduct by their peers.
The trend looks bound for eternal life as well, with more newsmen falling by the day in the United States. The latest chauvinistic, and therefore hypocritical, leftist reporter to find his way to the proverbial penalty box is none other than The New Yorker‘s Ryan Lizza.
Trending: Science is Settled
“’The New Yorker recently learned that Ryan Lizza engaged in what we believe was improper sexual conduct. We have reviewed the matter and, as a result, have severed ties with Lizza,’ a spokesperson for the magazine said. ‘Due to a request for privacy, we are not commenting further.’
“In a separate statement, Lizza disputed the magazine’s description of his firing: ‘I am dismayed that The New Yorker has decided to characterize a respectful relationship with a woman I dated as somehow inappropriate. The New Yorker was unable to cite a company policy that was violated.’”
Lizza’s unenthused and snarky apology continued for another paragraph in which the liberal wordsmith continued to literarily defecate all over the decision of his peers.
There is an undisputed political imbalance in this awakening as well, with the liberal media making up an enormous majority of the overall population of perverts. This runs quite contrary to the left’s supposed progressive stance on women as well, highlighting the hypocrisy of the liberal ideology in modern America.
