Noticing social media this week with people cheering the court’s decision from stopping Governor Terry McAuliffe from getting over 200 thousand felons voting rights. If you think this ends with the Virginia court, you don’t know Terry McAuliffe. By hell or high water McAuliffe is going to get his 200 thousand felons voting rights or die trying. McAuliffe is pretty confident that he won’t get caught breaking the law either. McAuliffe being under investigation for fraud and criminal wrong doing is a regular occurrence. McAuliffe doesn’t even blush when he’s under investigation; he just continues doing what he’s doing.
“Governor McAuliffe is under investigation from the Department of Justice for potential illegal campaign contributions to his electoral campaigns.
The investigation dates to at least last year and has focused, at least in part, on whether donations to his gubernatorial campaign violated the law, the officials said.
Spokespeople for both the FBI and DOJ refused to comment, but as of today there’s been no official notification to McAuliffe.
“Neither the Governor nor his former campaign has knowledge of this matter, but as reported, contributions to the campaign from Mr. Wang were completely lawful,” said Elias.
The focus is on campaign donations into his electoral campaign fund, and potential illegal donations. The investigation has also been broadened to include McAuliffe’s time as a board member for the Clinton Global Foundation.”
McAuliffe has been in the back pocket of the Clinton’s for quite sometime now. If Hillary Clinton is going to get away with the crap she’s gotten away with, you know McAuliffe is going to keep breaking the law and not worry if he’s under criminal investigation because the Clinton machine has his back.
I find this felon voting rights issue quite curious. We all know McAuliffe is doing this so he can help get Hillary elected in November. If this felon voting rights issue goes away and it doesn’t happen, it means Hillary believes that she has enough votes to win Virginia. That’s how this felon voting rights issues goes away. It won’t go away with any court trying to stop Terry McAuliffe. It won’t go away with any Republicans bringing Terry McAuliffe to justice. This only goes away if it’s politically expedient to Hillary Clinton. If McAuliffe finds a way to push through felon voting rights, it means that the election will be close and she need more votes from Virginia.
This is how the Democrats work – when democracy fails, they always have a scheme in place.
