Maxine Waters has long been a highly visible figure in the anti-Trump “resistance” of the democrats, but her latest statements have cemented her place atop the pile of delusional leftists in our federal government.
There have been a number of instances of this “resistance” taking action during the President’s still-young first term. Between defiant acts of publicity from the likes of Snoop Dogg and Kathy Griffin, to the attempted assassination of several GOP congressmen, the left has been doing all that they can to strike fear into the hearts of American conservatives and the President alike.
From day one, however, impeachment has been on the mind of the democrats. The moment that President Trump first stepped foot in the White House was overshadowed by a looming threat of legal action by the flailing and failing democratic party, who seeks to not only remove Trump from office, but banish the entire notion of a Washington outsider taking the reins of our federal government.

Maxine Waters has been leading the rhetorical charge on the left with her looney assertions and laughable calls to action. Her latest gibberish comes to us from the left-leaning television program The View, where Waters made the case that the impeachment of President Trump simply isn’t enough.
“Congresswoman Maxine Waters has been leading the charge in the Democrats’ fantasy of impeaching and removing President Trump from office.
“And it would now appear as though Waters is already looking into the post-President Trump future and directing her ire at the man who would fill the void in the Oval Office, Mike Pence.
“While discussing her dream of impeaching the President with the ladies of The View on Friday, host Joy Behar asked Waters, ‘Do you think Pence will be better than Trump?’
“As much as the Congresswoman clearly detests the President, she apparently has an equal level of disdain for the Vice President.
“’No, and when we finish with Trump we have to go and get Putin,’ Waters said. (She clarified that she meant Pence.)”
Freudian slip aside, Maxine Waters has been somewhat effective in her quest to demean The Donald.
Democrats, and even some republicans, are now openly rebelling against the President and his America First agenda – something that has irked the American people to no end. The unconventional President was to be a beacon of hope for us all as he sauntered into Washington, promising to drain the swamp and uproot the long-standing pillars of D.C. elitism.
Unfortunately, this massive catharsis proved too radical for many congressional stalwarts, who are more concerned with staying elected than they are with serving their constituents. Maxine Waters has certainly been on the leading edge of this subtle treachery.
