UN Ready to Pass Anti-Israel Vote with Help of President Obama?

Egypt may have delayed the Anti-Israel vote in the U.N. Security Council, but it’s back on for 3PM on Friday, and the anti-Israel team of Barack Obama and John Kerry are set to abstain which will allow the resolution to pass.

Not only does the resolution give the Palestinians a free pass to continue its avoidance of negotiations, it makes all of Judea, Samaria and Eastern Jerusalem occupied Palestinian land…making some of the holiest sites in Judaism and Christianity (Including the Temple Mount) belong exclusively to the terrorist-led Palestinians. It urges member states to not use Israeli products originating in the disputed territories. There is not even a requirement to recognize Israel as a Jewish State which was outlined in Resolution 181 which created the Jewish state, and is a major demand of Israel.

New Zealand, Malaysia, Venezuela and Senegal, who were co-sponsors of the draft resolution, have requested the vote, despite the Egyptian delay. Apparently the vote will take place at 3 p.m.EST on Friday.

According to diplomatic sources, the United States will allow the resolution to pass, rather than casting its veto,

A senior Israeli official on Friday said that the Obama administration was “abandoning Israel” and that the United States was really behind the resolution.

“President Obama and Secretary Kerry are behind this shameful move against Israel at the UN. The US administration secretly cooked up with the Palestinians an extreme anti-Israel resolution behind Israel’s back which would be a tailwind for terror and boycotts and effectively make the Western Wall occupied Palestinian territory.”

“President Obama could declare his willingness to veto this resolution in an instant but instead is pushing it,” the official continued, adding “This is an abandonment of Israel which breaks decades of US policy of protecting Israel at the UN and undermines the prospects of working with the next administration of advancing peace.”

“Obama could announce at any time that he intends casting a veto on the resolution, but instead he’s pushing it,” the officials added. “He is abandoning Israel and breaking a policy of decades to defend Israel in the UN.”

Why is anybody surprised that Obama who has proven to be anti-Semitic as well as anti-Israel during his White House tenure, is making a major anti-Israel move?
