Yes, Donald Trump has proven to be just as unconventional as a President as he was as a candidate and businessman before that.
His irreverent comments and tawdry tweets are just part of the personality of the unprecedented President. This was of very little concern to the voters of the United States on November 8th, 2016, but it sent major shockwaves through Washington D.C. at a time when congressmen and other governmental cogs were struggling to connect with their growing-younger voter bases. With re-election on the line in many of these instances, Trump’s brazen new approach to politicking frightened the long-time incumbents who were concerned about learning the new rules to the new game while campaigning on the same platform they’d been standing on for decades.
Trump has simply broken the mold, the media, and the mediocrity of the beltway, and that can be a bit shocking to the system, especially in the case of the previous generations of entrenched Washington elites.
Also, it apparently, and ironically irked gutter-dwelling and raunchy television host Jerry Springer, who was known for his white-trash glorifying talk show filled with prostitutes, transexual adultery, and all-out brawls.
“Jerry Springer hopped on Twitter Friday and said President Donald Trump’s recent tweets in which he blasted MSNBC hosts Joe Scarborough and Mika Brzezinski were ‘beneath the dignity of the Presidency’ and of ‘any decent man.’
“The president referred to the Morning Joe duo in a tweet Thursday as ‘Psycho Joe’ and ‘low I.Q. Crazy Mika’ after they mocked his healthcare plan and a reportedly fake TIME magazine cover that was photographed at Trump’s golf club.
“’I’m sorry, but Trump’s behavior is not just beneath the dignity of the Presidency…but that of any decent man,’ Springer tweeted Friday morning.
“The talk show host followed that tweet up with another, writing ‘Every day, I’m presented with someone who acts inappropriately. Why would anyone think that behavior belongs in the White House?'”
Big words from a man who once hosted a program entitled “Invasion of The Mistresses” with a straight face.
Once again, we’re confronted with a ridiculous double standard that is being enforced by the mainstream media, (or what’s left of it). While Kathy Griffin can photo-realistically decapitate the President, complete with lifelike gore, without so much as a denunciation from Hollywood’s liberal base, a syndicated snake of a talk show host will lambast the leader of the free world for responding to attacks by former dinner guests.
