Trump Censorship in HS Yearbook Gets Bold Retort from Student’s Father

The anti-Trump hysteria that has suffocated much of America is finally getting the rebuking that it deserves, and one high schooler’s father is leading the way.

Weeks ago we reported on an unfortunate incident of conservative censorship that took place at a New Jersey high school.  As the New Fascism movement continues to spread throughout this great nation of ours, adults with little concept of the First Amendment have been bending over backwards to redact the Trump presidency from reality.  This included administrators at the aforementioned high school who somehow felt it prudent to edit a student’s yearbook photo to disguise the fact that the student was wearing a Trump 2016 tee shirt.

Upon discovery of the shallow and unacceptable omission, the student and his family were rightfully enraged.  School officials held their ground, citing the cost of reprinting those yearbooks for the continued commission – even after being forced to admit that they were in the wrong.   The child’s father then took matters into his own hands.

“The father of a New Jersey high school student spent more than $5,000 to ensure that the high school that censored the Trump logo on his son’s shirt would reprint the yearbooks with the logo.

“Joseph Berardo, the father of Wall Township High School student Grant Berardo, spent $5,279 of his own money towards the reprinting costs for 200 yearbooks with photos containing the Trump logo and quotes from President Trump that were initially censored the first time around, the Asbury Park Press reported.

“Berardo said he donated the money to the reprinting costs because he felt it was ‘the right thing to do.’

“’I didn’t want there to be some other program that didn’t get funded because of this,’ he said. ‘They responded appropriately and corrected it. Supporting the kids of Wall Township seemed like the right thing to do.’”

The father’s generous action will likely be remember for quite some time.

This particular issue is simply another symptom of the disorder that is liberalism.  In particular, the liberal war against the freedom of speech that has infiltrated nearly all aspects of modern society. Without a return to America’s conservative roots, there is a very dangerous scenario on the horizon, in which thought police are allowed to censor our nation’s voters at will, and publicly shame Americans for their political beliefs.
