This Illegal Alien Was Released Just Months Before Killing Five Men

Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino is a Mexican national. He was arrested and deported back to Mexico in 2004. Sometime since that deportation, he illegally returned to the US. Barack Obama’s lax and illegal immigration policy appears to have allowed Vitorino to stay in the US.

In September, the illegal was detained and held at the Overland Park, Kansas Municipal Court. When he was fingerprinted, it brought up a notice for detention issued by ICE (Immigration and Customs Enforcement. However, the ICE detention notice was sent to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office instead of the Overland Park Municipal Court resulting in Vitorino’s release. Without knowing about the ICE detainer, the court didn’t notify ICE that Vitorino had been released.

Now, Vitorino is suspected of shooting and killing four men at a neighbor’s home in Kansas and then killing 49-year-old Randy Nordman in Montgomery County, Missouri. A massive manhunt was launched for Vitorino in both states. He was captured and taken into custody on Wednesday by the Missouri Highway Patrol.

Even though no one seems to know when Vitorino re-entered the US, I can’t help but wonder if he’s been allowed to remain in the US and freely walk our streets because of Obama’s lax immigration policies. Between Obama’s DREAM Act and DACA, millions of illegals are allowed to stay here in the US,

They are able to obtain work permits which allows them to take millions of jobs from Americans who need work. I’m familiar with the argument that claims they only take jobs Americans don’t want, but that’s a liberal myth. I’ve witnessed immigration raids at various construction sites where up to half or more of the workers are illegals. There are lots of American men and women that would be thankful for a construction job. The same thing happens at restaurants where most of the cooking staff are illegals.

In 2011, Alabama passed some strong immigration laws. Liberals argued that farmers would be devastated and the state economy ruined. They were surprised to see that the state unemployment rate dropped by 1.1% in just two months from when the laws took effect. Instead of the state’s economy being devastated, it actually improved as thousands of illegals left the state and Alabama residents found jobs.

The supposed errant release of Vitorino is not surprising since hundreds of thousands of detained illegals with criminal records have been released by ICE and various state and local law enforcement agencies. Many of those released are convicted felons and violent gang members and they are being released to allow them to continue their criminal ways and victimize American citizens.

I believe that the five men murdered by Vitorino would still be alive if Obama had enforced the federal immigration laws that are currently on the books. If he kept his oath of office to protect America and the American people by securing the border and deporting ALL illegals, those five men and thousands of other American citizens would still be alive.

I’ve said it before and I’ll say it again. The blood of these victims is on Obama’s hands!
