The Democrat Party is turning on its own beliefs, ironically, by attacking women in the Republican Party.
The Democrats have become, to quote Hillary Clinton, “Deplorable’s and Misogynists.” The vast majority of attacks have been on leading Republican women from within President Trump’s administration, but some also from outside the federal government. Sarah Huckabee Sanders, the Press Secretary, was asked to leave a restaurant because the owner refused to serve her and her family on grounds the owner didn’t agree with what the President was doing.
Earlier in the week, Department of Homeland Security Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen was confronted by protesters at a Mexican restaurant in Washington D.C. where Protesters yelled “Shame! Shame!”
Just this week, Elaine Chao, the United States Secretary of Transportation and wife of Senate Majority leader, Mitch McConnell, was confronted by protesters while trying to get into her car. She shouted back, “Why don’t you leave my husband alone?” and was furious about the invasion of her privacy.
Pam Bondi, the Attorney General for the State of Florida, was yelled at outside a movie theater after viewing a documentary about Mr. Fred Rogers, “Won’t You Be My Neighbor.” Perhaps the worst offense came from Peter Fonda when he said, “We should rip Barron Trump from his mother’s arms and put him in a cage with pedophiles.” I will not repeat the vile and filthy language in the rest of his statement.
The New York Times reported that Fonda also said Ms. Nielsen “should be pilloried in Lafayette Square naked and whipped by passersby” and that, “Ms. Sanders’s children should perhaps be taken away from her.”
Not satisfied with his other outburst, Fonda also added, “WE SHOULD HACK THIS SYSTEM, GET THE ADDRESSES OF THE ICE AGENTS, CBP [Customs and Border Protection] AGENTS AND SURROUND THEIR HOMES IN PROTEST,” Fonda added in a second tweet, “WE SHOULD FIND OUT WHAT SCHOOLS THEIR CHILDREN GO TO AND SURROUND THE SCHOOLS IN PROTEST. THESE AGENTS ARE DOING THIS CUZ THEY WANT TO DO IT. THEY LIKE DOING THIS. F–. .”
There are other examples of Republican women being attacked, but I have given my readers just a taste of what is happening in our country.
These attacks against women are because of their political beliefs. This should not be acceptable to any American man or woman, regardless of party affiliation. All Americans should be outraged at these vile attacks on Republican women.
My greatest fear is that out there is someone who will react to these attacks on women, and in turn, take up the challenge to try to injure or kill someone. Keep in mind that James Hodgkinson, the person who shot Congressman Scalise, did so because he was a Republican.
The inflammatory language used by the Left, I fear, will set someone off on another rampage. Only this time many more may be killed. The ideas expressed by Fonda and Representative Maxine Waters, in particular, are very dangerous. The leadership of the Democratic Party has been tepid in their response to these attacks on Republican women. I wonder if more people are injured or die, what the leadership of the Democratic Party will say and do going forward? These attacks have to stop now before they reach a point of anarchy.
