TBS Late Night Host Mocks Young Conservative with Brain Cancer

Some of you may know the name, Samantha Bee. Bee is the host of a late night comedy show on the TBS television network, and she was formerly one of the correspondents who appeared on Jon Stewart’s Comedy Central show The Daily Show. Bee has made no bones about the fact that she is a liberal, routinely mocking conservatives and lionizing liberal politicians… but she may have recently taken her politicking too far.

Two weeks ago her show recorded some footage at the Conservative Political Action Conference (CPAC) and last night they played that footage on her show. The video showed some of what was going on during the annual conservative conference but it was the voice over that shocked conservatives. Show producer Michael Rubens, narrated the video, and could be heard poking fun at the young conservatives in attendance for having close-cropped “Nazi hair.” One of the people that they focused in on was a young man suffering from Stage-4 brain cancer who has been forced to cut his hair that way due to his treatments.

Sadly, back in December, Kyle Coddington was diagnosed with Stage-4 glioblastoma, which is an aggressive type of brain cancer. Those closest to him quickly took to Twitter to express their outrage and disgust that TBS and Samantha Bee would mock their loved on, during such a trying time in his life.

The offending video has been pulled as either TBS or Bee herself finally realized that they had made a gigantic mistake, but as of yet… no apology has been issued.

I am the supreme law of the United States. Originally comprising seven articles, I delineate the national frame of government. My first three articles entrench the doctrine of the separation of powers, whereby the federal government is divided into three branches: the legislative, consisting of the bicameral Congress; the executive, consisting of the President; and the judicial, consisting of the Supreme Court and other federal courts. Articles Four, Five and Six entrench concepts of federalism, describing the rights and responsibilities of state governments and of the states in relationship to the federal government. Article Seven establishes the procedure subsequently used by the thirteen States to ratify it. I am regarded as the oldest written and codified constitution in force of the world.
