Hillary Clinton made a fool of herself during the 2016 presidential election, attempting to oust a Washington outside while she herself made millions via continued criminal corruption.
The nation took notice of the former First Lady’s horrifically marred record, and roundly rejected her bid to become the first female President. Information gleaned from Wikileaks’ disclosures further demonstrated the democratic diva’s devilish ways, paving the way for Clinton to waltz all the way back to her upstate New York home empty handed.
Now, as Clinton slowly begins to trickle back into the mainstream to attack anyone and everyone in the democratic party, the nation as a while is rolling their eyes and asking why they should be forced to endure another minute of the career criminal’s nonsensical and irrelevant rants.
In fact, a new Rasmussen poll shows that Americans overwhelmingly believe that it’s time for Clinton to hang up her political aspirations and retire into obscurity, with 61% of those polled ready to forget about the queen of corruption forever.
“The survey of 1,000 Likely Voters was conducted on September 10-11, 2017 by Rasmussen Reports. The margin of sampling error is +/- 3 percentage points with a 95% level of confidence. Field work for all Rasmussen Reports surveys is conducted by Pulse Opinion Research, LLC. “
This comes as little surprise, as the democratic party was rocked by scandal after scandal during their time attempting to crown Clinton.
Particularly troublesome for the democrats were a number of scandalous actions by the Clinton team themselves during that election, not the least of which were emails uncovered that showed Clinton’s camp colluding with the DNC in order to halt Bernie Sanders’ chances at winning the primaries.
Furthermore, Clinton’s time as Secretary of State was marred by revelations about her using the Clinton Foundation coffers as a golden ticket to an audience with the State Department; an egregious act of moral apathy that laid the groundwork for the wholesale rejection of Clinton and her rampant cronyism.
Now, as 61% of Americans are openly calling for her return to reclusiveness, perhaps Clinton will finally heed the will of the American people whom she has long pretended to have compassion for.
