Russian Lawyer that Met with Trump Jr., Tied to DNC and Obama Admin?

The strange story of Natalia Veselnitskaya seems to be getting curiouser and curiouser.

Natalia Veselnitskaya is the Russian lawyer who met with Donald Trump Jr. in June 2016 to talk about sanctions on Russia and making it possible for Americans to adopt Russian orphans again. That meeting was set up and expedited by a friend of Veselnitskaya’s named Emin Agalarov  who also happened to have connections to a friend of Donald Trump Jr.’s.

Trump Jr. assumed he’d be hearing some dirt on the Clinton campaign in the meeting, based on the info he’d been fed, but Veselnitskaya had nothing of the sort to give him.

What’s odd about this is that both Natalia Veselnitskaya and Emin Agalarov now also appear to be connected to FusionGPS which is the Democrat tied OPPOSITION research group that is widely believed to be behind the discredited and disgusting “Trump Dossier.”

From the Washington Times:

While the mainstream news media hunts for evidence of TrumpRussia collusion, the public record shows that Democrats have willfully used Moscow disinformation to influence the presidential election against Donald Trump and attack his administration…

Some Democrats have widely circulated the discredited information. Mr. Steele was paid by the Democrat-funded opposition research firm Fusion GPS with money from a Hillary Clinton backer. Fusion GPS distributed the dossier among Democrats and journalists. The information fell into the hands of the FBI, which used it in part to investigate Mr. Trump’s campaign aides.

Mr. Steele makes clear that his unproven charges came almost exclusively from sources linked to the Kremlin and Russian President Vladimir Putin. He identified his sources as “a senior Russian Foreign Ministry figure,” a former “top level Russian intelligence officer active inside the Kremlin,” a “senior Kremlin official” and a “senior Russian government official.”

The same Democrats who have condemned Russia’s election interference via plying fake news and hacking email servers have quoted freely from the Steele anti-Trump memos derived from creatures of the Kremlin.

In other words, there is public evidence of significant, indirect collusion between Democrats and Russian disinformation, a Trump supporter said.

Now, this last line may sound self-serving, but it’s true. There is honestly more public evidence of collusion between the Democrats and Russia than there is evidence of collusion between the Trump team and Russia.

Even odder, is a just revealed picture showing both Natalia Veselnitskaya and Emin Agalarov days after the Trump Jr. meeting, sitting in a hearing with Obama ambassador to Russia Michael McFaul.

As the GatewayPundit and the Federalist Papers Project both point out, the front row in a hearing like this is usually reserved for important guests of the person testifying. I would echo the important question form the Federalist Papers, “So why are Veselnitskaya is Emin Agalarov hanging out with Barack Obama’s top Russian officials? Were they working with the administration to set a trap for the Trump campaign?”

Like I said before… curiouser and curiouser.

I am the supreme law of the United States. Originally comprising seven articles, I delineate the national frame of government. My first three articles entrench the doctrine of the separation of powers, whereby the federal government is divided into three branches: the legislative, consisting of the bicameral Congress; the executive, consisting of the President; and the judicial, consisting of the Supreme Court and other federal courts. Articles Four, Five and Six entrench concepts of federalism, describing the rights and responsibilities of state governments and of the states in relationship to the federal government. Article Seven establishes the procedure subsequently used by the thirteen States to ratify it. I am regarded as the oldest written and codified constitution in force of the world.
