While the liberal world was busy attempting to pin some sort of Russian conspiracy theory on Donald Trump’s electoral win in November, a much more interesting reality was forming.
In the months following President Trump’s resounding victory over career criminal Hillary Clinton, the radical left has spent an inordinate amount of time attempting to create doubt about the legitimacy of the entire election. Their wild claim is that Donald Trump was colluding with the Russian government to influence the results, either by outright hacking of vote totals or a campaign of influence involving social media and supposed “fake news”.
While these theories have been debunked numerous times throughout the course of the President’s first term, the more the left digs, the more dirt they are finding…on themselves.
Now, the liberal darlings known as Black Lives Matter have found themselves in the crosshairs of a nasty revelation about their own involvement with Russian forces; something that has further damaged the bizarre and cockamamy insinuations of the radical left.
“Intending to cause confusion, chaos and discord in American democracy, Russian internet trolls bought Facebook ads promoting the Black Lives Matter movement – specifically targeting users in Ferguson, Missouri, and in Baltimore in the run-up to the 2016 election.
“The two cities gained global attention for their large and violent protests against police shootings of black men. The decision to buy the ads – at least one that we know of – offers a glimpse into how the group called the “Internet Research Agency” targeted specific geographic markets to sow political chaos in the country, the New York Post is reporting.
“The ad- one of thousands placed by the group – appeared on Facebook in late 2015 and early 2016. It appeared the ad was meant to support Black Lives Matter, but it could also be seen as portraying the group in a negative or threatening light to some people who saw it, sources say. We have not seen yet what the ad exactly was.”
The reality of the Russian sphere of influence is not bolstering the radical left’s case surrounding the election, and, as such, will likely be ignored by much of the mainstream media.
Russia’s targeting of Black Lives Matter is likely due to the group’s abhorrent disorganization and penchant for violence. By emboldening these racist marauders, the Kremlin likely hoped to instigate chaos that could be traced back to the emboldening rhetoric of the radical left…something that will, eventually, catch up to them.
