Thousands of Atheists Descend on Washington, D.C.

It is hard to believe that there are people that think that there is no God. Not just that there is no Savior, but that God Himself is not real. What is even more astonishing is that they would then turn and tell you that you should act in a particular fashion.

They want law because they know that they need the law to live in peace and enjoy their own hard work and property. But, they can never tell you from where such ideas come. So, when Christians speak out about political issues, they wish them to be silent. But, if they want to say something, they have a right to be heard.

Having convinced the Christian to remain silent in the area of politics, the atheist attempts to complete his dominion bid. Now we must submit to the law based on atheist principles.

Thousands of professing atheists and agnostics from across the country descended on Washington, D.C. today for the “Reason Rally,” an event that is designed to discuss politics from a godless perspective.

“We want reason to be the core of public policies rather than religious ideals,” Liddell told reporters. “This will be the moment where people start to see the secular voting bloc in the same way they talk about Jewish voters and Catholic voters. We’ll matter. They’ll realize we’re organized, they’ll realize we’re voting, and our perspective will be considered and taken into account.”

But what perspective does the atheist have? Why should sodomy be allowed? By what standard would we decide that issue? How do we know that a person should have a right to their own things? What is property? How do we know who should have what and how much if anything should they pay for the right to keep those things?

You see, these fools (the Bible’s words, not mine Ps. 14:1) could not agree among themselves as to what should be done or not done. There is no principle or perspective. All the atheist is left with is hot air and opinion.

And this is what this movement will end with, nothing.
