Tells Megyn Kelly that it looks like a CIA disinformation campaign designed to undermine Donald Trump.
When I posted about what I thought was a CIA disinformation campaign, I didn’t expect to get backup from Megyn Kelly and Peter King. King hated Trump during the campaign and he is much more like Hillary when it comes to the Middle East and Russia.
His tirade about what looks like a CIA disinformation campaign to attack the Trump presidency blew me away!

So, based on Peter King’s comments either we are facing a CIA disinformation campaign or some rogue element leaked stuff to the media to run the disinformation campaign.
King has also been quite good about pointing out that, if there was a Russian plot to undermine confidence in American democracy, the media is collaborating with the Russians. According to Politico’s 45 blog,
“And right now, certain elements of the media, certain elements of the intelligence community and certain politicians are really doing the work of the Russians,” King told reporters on Thursday, after meeting with the president-elect, according to a pool report. “They’re creating this [uncertainty] over the election. This is several days before the Electoral College.”
King said contrary to a secret Central Intelligence Agency assessment, first reported by The Washington Post, there is no concrete evidence that the Russian government meddled in the election to explicitly benefit Donald Trump. A member of the influential House Homeland Security Committee, the New York Republican said the leaking of the classified report is “disgraceful.”
“To suddenly have it appear in The Washington Post and The New York Times that the intelligence community … has concluded this. Who? Who in the CIA? Is this John Brennan? Is it some rogue person behind a desk somewhere? People in the intelligence community are using this against the president-elect of the United States, and that is disgraceful,” he said, speaking in the lobby of Trump Tower after he had met with Trump. He added that he wasn’t seeking a job in the Trump administration.
Why the media and the rest of the Left is now so trusting of the CIA is a mystery to me. Even if the CIA did claim Russia was trying to help Donald Trump win, unless they could and would produce concrete evidence, we would have no reason to believe them.
And if Russians did hack the DNC and release all those emails, what does that mean? It means that revealing what sleazebags run the DNC and how the media cooperates with them, hurt the Clinton campaign.
Sorry, but I can’t summon much outrage over that. If the Russians (or anyone else) framed a candidate with a false story so that voters turned against him or her, that would concern me. But learning that the DNC rigged the primary against Bernie Sanders so that Clinton would win was a public service. I realize hacking is a crime, and it should be. But I’m not going to get upset that the election was affected by learning about Democrat corruption.
