The sexual harassment revolution of 2017 continues this week as the Department of Justice of former President Barack Obama finds itself in the proverbial crosshairs of this cultural phenomenon.
For the past few months, Americans have been inundated with the unfortunate reality that a great many powerful men and women in politics and entertainment could be serial sexual predators based on a wealth of accusations being made by their former victims. From Hollywood players such as Harvey Weinstein and Ben Affleck to liberal politicians John Conyers and Al Franken, the left has been disproportionately affected by this revelation of poor behavior. This is likely due to their incessant projection of their social justice “worth” being used as a front for sexist behavior.
Now, an even bigger fish has found themselves splattered with the stinging sizzle of the frying pan as the Obama DOJ has been outed as a den of democratic debauchery that included “rampant” groping and sexual relationships frequently consummating within the offices of the organization.
“The Washington Post reported that the DOJ’s inspector general had found ‘systemic’ problems with how complaints were addressed, with offending officials often being let off the hook or even rewarded. The article cited investigative reports on a lawyer who allegedly groped two female attorneys and a top U.S. Marshals official who had sex with ‘approximately’ nine women in his office.
“He reportedly got a reprimand, a title change and ‘relief from supervisory duties’ but was not suspended and did not receive a loss in pay or grade. There reportedly was a concern that a suspension would ‘deprive the government’ of his services.
“One woman, who was not identified, told the Post she was ‘terrified’ to get in an elevator out of concern he’d be there.
“Several attorneys in the civil division reportedly got performance awards after the complaints. A female attorney, not identified by the Post, said, ‘They got free passes.’”
This is just the latest black eye bestowed upon the horribly deviant democratic party over the course of the last year.
Not only has the left been besieged by their own corruption and the career criminality of one Hillary Clinton, but the extraordinarily horrific tales of habitual sexual abuse that have permeated the liberal landscape have further exiled the party to obsolescence in the age of American conservatism’s meteoric uprising.
