The “Day Without a Woman” strike was actually just a day without “privileged” women. The whole movement could be scuttled if the “Day without a woman” backfires, and honestly, there is every reason to believe that the hyper-partisan event WILL backfire.

The Senate could kill the bad GOP Obamacare replacement plan; in fact, it’s more likely than not that is exactly what happens. Once it’s dead, hopefully the GOP will come back with a real conservative repeal and replace plan.

The Republicans have already BOTCHED their opportunity to put an end to Obamacare.

Republicans face a Catch-22 in their efforts to end Obamacare and overhaul America’s healthcare system… part of the problem is that as Republicans attempt to overhaul the system they are actually dirtying their own hands by helping to “redistribute” America’s wealth. I am the supreme law of the United States. Originally comprising seven articles, I delineate the national frame of government. My first three articles entrench the doctrine of the separation of powers, whereby the federal government is divided into three branches: the legislative, consisting of the bicameral Congress; the executive, consisting of the President; and the judicial, consisting of the Supreme Court and other federal courts. Articles Four, Five and Six entrench concepts of federalism, describing the rights and responsibilities of state governments and of the states in relationship to the federal government. Article Seven establishes the procedure subsequently used by the thirteen States to ratify it. I am regarded as the oldest written and codified constitution in force of the world.
