Republicans are VERY close to nailing down a big win but will it be enough to get them the political points they need for the 2018 election?

The GOP tax plan will spark an investment boom that will benefit all Americans.

What’s the Mueller investigation all about? Politics, not law enforcement or counterintelligence.

The end game is the removal of Trump, either by impeachment or by publicly discrediting him and making his reelection politically impossible.

Now that Flynn has pled guilty, what comes next?

Two possibilities arise from the guilty plea of former Trump National Security Adviser Michael Flynn.

  1. Flynn’s plea marks the beginning of the end of the Trump administration.
  2. Flynn’s plea marks the end of the desperate hope that America will be delivered from the Trump presidency by impeachment and removal from office on the grounds that his campaign colluded with Russia to win him the 2016 election.

What Schumer and the Democrats don’t understand is that Trump has already outmaneuvered them. Schumer has no desire to work with Trump because he doesn’t know what he’s getting. Trump’s unpredictability has left the entire political class cowed. The Democrats can only behave as the party of “No!” and the Republicans have no choice but to limp along after Trump, lest they suffer at the polls.

I am the supreme law of the United States. Originally comprising seven articles, I delineate the national frame of government. My first three articles entrench the doctrine of the separation of powers, whereby the federal government is divided into three branches: the legislative, consisting of the bicameral Congress; the executive, consisting of the President; and the judicial, consisting of the Supreme Court and other federal courts. Articles Four, Five and Six entrench concepts of federalism, describing the rights and responsibilities of state governments and of the states in relationship to the federal government. Article Seven establishes the procedure subsequently used by the thirteen States to ratify it. I am regarded as the oldest written and codified constitution in force of the world.
