Muhammad Was an Arab-Supremacist Slaveholder, So Should the Left Demand that Mosques, which Commemorate His Racist Teachings, Be Torn Down?

Editorial Note: The word “mussulmans” is indeed the proper plural for the word “mussulman” according to several dictionaries.  So, it is not in need of a spelling change or the insertion of “sic” in order to correct it.

Tearing Down Monuments to Slaveholders

If every monument to a slaveholder needs to be torn down, as the Left demands, then it would be hypocritical for the Left to fail to demand the demolition of all monuments to Muhammad, the founder of Islam, a world religion based upon a totalitarian doctrine of submission and slavery.  It is the goal of Islam to enslave all human beings, in order to force submission to Allah, thereby making every soul a “slave of Allah.”  For those who refuse to convert, the only two alternatives are death or enslavement.

Since Muhammad would not allow drawings, statues, or other representations of human beings, no statuesque monuments or memorials to him exist; only the mosques established in his name commemorate his supremacist and racist teachings.  Since Islam engages in slavery and sex-trafficking to this day, under the authority of Muhammadan Sharia Law—as embodied in the Koran—should not those symbols of slavery be torn down, along with the Confederate memorials now being targeted by the Left?

Black Slavery & Islam

The number of black Africans enslaved by Muhammad’s followers over the years is likely to be 25 million or more.  The Muslim attacks on African villages for the purpose of taking slaves have caused the deaths of at least 120 million black Africans over time!  (Some estimates put the number twice as high.)  And Muslims are still enslaving people to this day, a major flashpoint being Sudan, where the Muslim Janjaweed are committing government-sanctioned genocide against the Christians there, with the aid of Omar Al-Bashir, the Sudanese president; many who have not been killed have been enslaved.

Slaves of Allah

Muslims are “slaves of Allah” who have been traffickers in their peculiar institution of slavery for 1400 years.  While Muslims call themselves slaves of Allah, non-Muslims are universally considered, according to the Sharia, to be potential slaves of Muslims.  Erstwhile slave Francis Bok, now an American, often speaks about his abduction by Muslims.  Muslims consider slavery a blessing, because it creates more Muslims.  If a slave does not convert, then, at a minimum, his children will be Muslims.  And Muslim men use slave women for sexual pleasure, just as Muhammad did.

Supremacist Muhammad Believed Black People to Be Inferior to Arabs

In Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 9, Book 89, Hadith 256, Muhammad demonstrates his racist feelings about black people by referring to blacks as “raisin heads,” saying, “You should listen to, and obey, your [Muslim] ruler even if he was [once] an Ethiopian [black] slave whose head looks like a raisin.”  (The Arabic word for a slave is “abeed”—and the same word is used to refer to a black person.)

Muslims Traffic in Slavery

More African slaves were sold by Muslims in the Middle East (estimates range from 14 million up to 28 million) than in the entirety of the West (about 11 million), making the followers of Muhammad by far the largest consumer group for the purchase of slaves.  By way of contrast, Americans imported only about 645,000 slaves in toto.

Although Thomas Jefferson abolished the slave trade in America, by January 1, 1808, in accordance with the 1808 Clause of the US Constitution, effectively ending the international slave trade outside the Muslim world, Muslims have chosen to continue the practice, per Sharia Law, to this day.  Historian John Chester Miller has rated Jefferson’s two major presidential achievements as follows: 1) the Louisiana Purchase and 2) the abolition of slavery.  No such words can be uttered with regard to Muhammad or any of his doctrinaire followers through the present day.

Muhammad’s Whiteness Was Important to Supremacist Muslims

Islam comes from the Arabian Peninsula, an area whose inhabitants at the time of Muhammad were not black-skinned; and Muhammad himself was apparently a very pallid individual.  In Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 3, Hadith 63, narrated by Anas bin Malik, a man “made his camel kneel down in the mosque, tied its foreleg and then said: ‘Who amongst you is Muhammad?’  At that time the Prophet was sitting amongst us [his companions] leaning on his arm.  We replied, ‘This white man reclining on his arm.’”  Anas bin Malik likewise reports, in Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 2, Book 17, Hadith 141, that “[t]he Prophet never raised his hands for any invocation except for that of Istisqa [an extra prayer, beyond the five that are required] and he used to raise them so much that the whiteness of his armpits became visible.”  Also, in Sahih Al-Bukhari, Volume 1, Book 8, Hadith 367, Abdul Aziz recounts that “Anas said, ‘When Allah’s Apostle invaded Khaibar, we offered the Fajr prayer there yearly [in the morning] when it was still dark.  The Prophet rode and Abu Talha rode too, and I was riding behind Abu Talha.  The Prophet passed through the lane of Khaibar quickly and my knee was touching the thigh of the Prophet.  He uncovered his thigh and I saw the whiteness of the thigh of the Prophet.’”

Muhammad: Not a Fan of Universal Human Rights

The American Black Community helped to improve America in its heroic struggle to achieve the same human rights for everybody, regardless of color or creed, during the American Civil Rights Movement, something that would surely have been opposed by Muhammad, since his supremacist Sharia Law does not prize equal rights for all but treats every class of person differently and all non-Muslims as slaves or potential slaves.  Had Muhammad believed in equal rights, he would have given women equal rights with men, and he certainly would have given slaves equal rights with owners by freeing them and abolishing the peculiar institution altogether.

Dr. Martin Luther King, had he been a Muhammadan, would never have envisioned a colorblind society; but King did envision a world where everybody would be judged not by skin color, but by the content of one’s character, where, “when we allow freedom to ring, when we let it ring from every village and every hamlet, from every state and every city, we will be able to speed up that day when all of God’s children, black men and white men, Jews and Gentiles, Protestants and Catholics, will be able to join hands and sing in the words of the old Negro spiritual: Free at last, free at last!  Thank God Almighty, we are free at last!”  Such an inclusive vision, based upon the Judeo-Christian culture of the West, is impossible in Islam, which glorifies slavery over freedom and Muslim over non-Muslim.

Having struggled for, and obtained, a promise of freedom and equal protection under the United States Constitution, black Americans and their allies in the struggle should all be hesitant to renounce the doctrine of equal human rights for all in deference to an ideology that glorifies the slave above the freeman, a totalitarian dogma above the free exercise of individual conscience.

Standing Up to Islam

Americans of all ethnicities must live out America’s Western value system based upon freedom of conscience and actively oppose the Islamic system of theocratic totalitarianism, as prosecuted by the Islamic State, Boko Haram, Al-Qaeda, the Taliban, the Palestinian Authority, the Muslim Brotherhood, and other ihadist organizations and states.  To do any differently only strengthens a culture that accepts slavery.  For modern-day Americans—whose ancestors fought a civil war to abolish involuntary servitude—to support the Islamic doctrine of slavery would be an act of absolute callousness, totally out of line with traditional American Constitutional values.

So, Should the Mosques Come Down?

It is not the tearing down of physical edifices that will rid the world of heinous ideas.  Only education based upon critical thinking—rather than political indoctrination—can do this.  Any structure that venerates a person who is decidedly racist should be subject to one of three consequences: 1) the plaque could be changed at the base of the memorial, explaining why the person is worth venerating, despite his or her flaws (the fact of one’s slave-ownership or unapologetic racism); 2) the memorial could be moved to a museum, where it might be used to aid in teaching our nation’s history; or 3) the memorial could be taken down and disposed of, but only by consent of the public that owns it in a democratic process and with a full debate about why it was erected and why it now may deserve to be removed.

A national conversation about real history and the real people who populated the historical landscape should ensue, in order to create value in a process that, otherwise, risks becoming nothing more than an exercise in mindless carnage.  Indeed, in their ignorance and haste, overzealous Leftists, bent on destruction, have maliciously torched and badly damaged a monument to none other than Abraham Lincoln, the Great Emancipator.  A slow and deliberate process is far preferable to such wanton destruction.

And as far as mosques go, since these are privately owned, they are protected as such, even if the Islamic principles of supremacy, submission, and slavery upon which they are founded are unpalatable to most Westerners.  Racist speech is protected in America by the right to free speech.  And Muslim hate speech against Jews and Christians, or Islam’s belief in the forced submission of women and non-Muslims, cannot be banned outright, any more than the Nazi march in a neighborhood full of Holocaust survivors in Skokie, Illinois, could be. The best way to bring down the mosques is for Americans to use their freedom of speech to convince their fellow citizens that the Islamic doctrine of supremacy and enslavement is wrong.
