Mississippi’s First Black Mayor Endorses Donald Trump [video]

Charles Evers, Mississippi’s first black mayor, and famous civil rights activist, endorsed Donald Trump because he believes Trump will help create jobs in Mississippi and reduce crime.

He asks: “What have the Democrats done for us?”

He explains that Mississippi is both the poorest state in the country and the catfish capitol of the world. But, he points out, Mississippi’s catfish are shipped to China to be processed. “Why can’t Mississippi process it’s own catfish?” he asked. “People need jobs,” and he believes Trump is the only candidate who can create them.
