Mika Inexcusably Goes After Al Franken Accuser in Slut-Shaming Meleé

The radical left has been projecting a bizarre air of “social justice” righteousness for years now, and it’s coming back to haunt them.

There is a vicious circle in this lunacy.  Liberal logic dictates first and foremost that there is an argument to be made in favor of any beleaguered democrats.  From there, the left can choose which sort of social justice they seek by identifying their own protagonists and antagonists, such as in the case of Minnesota Senator Al Franken.

Franken, who has now been accused of sexual misconduct by over a half dozen women, is one the left’s own; a democratic senator from the north who also spent years as a cast member on the liberal darlings’ television hit Saturday Night Live.  He embodies the very ethos of the left:  Be famous and make “change” for the sake of making change.  Rounding out his liberalism is a healthy dose of perversion that was witnessed in a photograph of the lefty politician groping a sleeping female journalist named Leann Tweeden.

Now, the left is coming to Franken’s rescue, believe it or not, by employing one of their favorite tactics:  Selective outrage.  Where the liberals would normally jump directly down the throat of anyone who has been determined a “slut-shamer”, their moral gymnastics and projective abilities allow some of their own journalist-esque personalities to cast doubt on Tweeden’s abuse while simultaneously failing to omit the fact that Tweeden once posed for Playboy magazine.

Trending: Former Australian Politician Gives Life to Christ at 85 After Lifetime of Atheism

“Friday on MSNBC’s ‘Morning Joe,’ co-host Mika Brzezinski said Leeann Tweeden, the first woman to accuse Sen. Al Franken (D-MN) of sexual misconduct, was a ‘Playboy model who goes on Hannity, voted for Trump,’ which gave her ‘an incredibly uneasy feeling.’

“On Franken’s resignation, Brzezinski said “I just have an incredibly uneasy feeling about this entire story, to be honest. I tried to say that once yesterday, and it was as if a bomb went off.”

“After her co-host Joe Scarborough defended her saying she criticized former president Bill Clinton over his sexual misconduct at the time, Brzezinski continued, ‘I’m concerned about women, who are legitimately sexually harassed in the workplace across America, and where this is taking us.’”

This despicable and disgusting distortion of cultural compassion is key to the left’s ability to rip Tweeden on one hand while simultaneously propping up admitted forgers in the case of another prominent politician on the very same day.

At some point, the American leftists will awaken into a world where this sort of shame-manipulation for the sake of virtue signaling is seen as obvious.  Until then, it is the responsibility of the rest of the nation to curb the manipulations of women such as Mika Brzezinski who are actively discouraging equality and feminism for the sake of her own political leanings.
