How many American men, women and children have to be physically assaulted, beaten or killed by illegal aliens before our government takes action to stop them?
Why did so many liberals get angry when Donald Trump talked about the many crimes committed by in the US by illegal aliens?
To add to a growing list of examples, some of which are mentioned below, is the case of Tomas Martinez-Maldonado, a 38-year-old illegal alien from Mexico. He is currently being charged and held in jail for raping a 13-year-old girl while traveling on a Greyhound bus in Kansas.
Investigation has led to the fact that Maldonado had been deported 10 times and then voluntarily removed 9 more times since 2003. Yet, he was back in the US illegally again, raping a young teenager who will carry the mental and emotional scars with her for the rest of her life.
My question is why wasn’t he already in prison for his multiple immigration violations and why hasn’t the Obama administration taken measures to secure our southern border to protect American citizens?
On March 1st, 2012, Baltimore Mayor Stephanie Rawlings-Blake (D) issued an executive order declaring the city of Baltimore to be a sanctuary city for illegal aliens. Now those cities are reaping the rewards of their actions, including Baltimore. According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement agents, Henry Estrella-Cordova, 31, entered the US illegally and took up residence in Baltimore where he was protected from deportation by Mayor Rawlings-Blake’s executive order. Estrella-Cordova has now been arrested and charged with the violent rape of a 9-year-old girl in the city of Baltimore. I wonder what she would say to the parents of the little girl who has had her life shattered forever?
However, this incident is not an isolated case involving an illegal living a sanctuary city. In 2008, Edwin Ramos was charged with the murder of a father and his two sons. Ramos, was an illegal living in San Francisco where he was protected by their sanctuary status. Ramos was a gangbanger with felony records who had previously attempted to assault and rob a pregnant woman.
In 2008, gangbanger Pedro Espinoza, 19, was an illegal living in Los Angeles under their sanctuary status. Espinzona shot and killed 17-year-old Jamiel Shaw. Shaw was a high school football star whose father was an Army sergeant serving in Iraq at the time of the shooting. Records showed that Espinoza had been a gang member since he was 12 years old and that the day before he shot Shaw, he was released from jail for serving time for an assault with a deadly weapon.
On July 1, 2015, Kathryn Steinle and her father were walking on Pier 14 in San Francisco when three shots rang out. In front of her father Jim, 32-year-old Kathryn collapsed and died two hours later from a gunshot wound that severed her aorta.
An hour after the shooting, 52-year-old Mexican illegal Juan Francisco Lopez-Sanchez was arrested and charged with murder. He had been deported 5 times and had drug charges pending at the time of the shooting. Prior to the shooting, Lopez-Sanchez had been arrested by federal authorities and turned over to authorities in San Francisco. Being the liberally run sanctuary city that they are, San Francisco authorities released Lopez-Sanchez back out onto the streets. A short time later he shot and killed Steinle.
In 2015, Marilyn Pharis, 64, was a US military veteran and retired civilian employee of Vandenberg Air Force Base who lived in Santa Monica, California. On July 24, she was home sleeping when two illegals broke into her home. They beat her with a claw hammer, strangled, raped her and left for dead. Pharis died from her wounds several days later.
The two illegals have been identified as 29-year-old Victor Aureliano Martinez Ramirez and 20-year-old Jose Fernando Villagomez. Ramirez had been previously arrested and charged with committing battery against a woman and possession of meth. In May 2014, he was placed on probation.
In 2014, A group of illegal aliens, accompanies by two US citizens, kidnapped a 16-year-old teenager off of a Tucson street. The teen was beaten, drugged and forced to drink enough tequila to make him sick and throw up. Their plan was to hold the teen for a ransom of $400,000 from the lad’s family, but his family wasn’t as wealthy as the kidnappers thought.
Last week, law enforcement officials found the house where they believed the kidnapped teen was being held. They surrounded the house and managed to rescue the teen and arrested the kidnappers. Authorities believe that had they not rescued the boy when they did that the kidnappers would have killed him once they found out his family wasn’t rich.

In my old neighborhood in Mesa, Arizona, an illegal shot and killed a 21-year-old convenience store clerk. Apolinar Altamirano shot and killed 21-year-old Grant Ronnebeck in Mesa, Arizona. According to the police report, Altamirano entered a Quik Trip convenience store at 4am on Jan. 22. He dumped a jar of coins on the counter and demanded a pack of cigarettes. When Ronnebeck told the illegal that he needed to count out the money and hand it to him. Altamirano got upset and asked the clerk:
“You’re not gonna take my money.”
At this point surveillance video showed that Altamirano pulled out his gun and shot the clerk. Then he stepped over his body and took two packs of cigarettes and left the scene. Ronnebeck died from the gunshot wound.
I firmly believe that EVERY illegal alien should be detained and deported. Repeat offenders like the ones listed above should be imprisoned for long periods of time not only for their repeat offenses but as an example to others in hopes of deterring them.
I also firmly believe that President-elect Donald Trump should enforce ALL immigration laws. He should also look at the 100+ miles of border fencing in place at Yuma, Arizona which has been more than 90% effective in stopping illegals from crossing into the US. Then Trump needs to use our military construction battalions to build similar fencing the rest of way along the entire Mexican border. These men and women are already being paid so why not use them to build the fence, thus saving millions of dollars in labor costs? Then I would urge Trump to ask Congress to change the laws forbidding US military from performing armed duties within the United States and then place military personnel along with the entire border with order to stop all illegal trafficking of people and drugs and to use whatever force is necessary to carry out these duties.
This just might prevent more women and girls from being sexually assaulted and raped by illegals. It just might prevent more men, women and children from being physically assaulted, beaten and killed by illegals. It will also open up millions of jobs for American citizens, save US taxpayers billions of tax dollars and prevent more disease from being brought into the country.
