This past week, the media has gone into another feeding frenzy over alleged hate crimes against Muslims. I watched several different media news and they were all reporting about the same alleged hate crimes against Muslims.
They reported on the Minneapolis Police Department investigating the shooting of two Muslim men as a possible hate crime. I also saw a report of two Muslim men being beaten as another possible hate crime, but the latest report says police don’t think it was a hate crime. Hillary Clinton also jumped on the bandwagon claiming anti-Muslim hate crimes have tripled since the attacks in Paris and San Bernardino.
But when is the last time you saw or heard the media report any of the black on white violence as possible hate crimes?
After the George Zimmerman/Trayvon Martin and Michael Brown incidents, there were dozens of senseless attacks on whites carried out by blacks. In some of those incidents, the blacks told their victims that ‘this was for Trayvon’ or something similar, yet no one ever mentioned the attacks as being racial hate crimes. Here are just a few of those attacks:
On Memorial Day weekend 2013, black mobs attacked whites in Jacksonville, Rochester, West Bloomfield, Baltimore and Miami Beach. Many other cities throughout the nation were also reporting increases in black on white violence, but we never saw any of this on the national news, nor was there ever any mention of them being hate crimes.
In July 2013, Joshua Heath Chellew, 36, of Mableton, Georgia, was attacked by four black teenagers. They started beating him, driving him towards a busy street where they pushed him in front of a car, which struck and killed him. There was no mention or charges of it being a hate crime.
In June 2014, Catherine Ferreira was severely beaten by Latia Harris, a black co-worker in front of Ferreira’s 2-year-old son. Charges were filed against Harris, but none of them included hate crimes.
In September 2014, Daryl Pierson was shot killed by Thomas Johnson III, a convicted black felon. No hate crime. Yet Cincinnati Police Officer Steven Roach shot and killed Timothy Thomas a black teen in the line of duty and the liberal media and politicians jumped all over it claiming it was a hate crime.
In October 2014, a white family of three were beaten by a group of blacks after getting off a bus in Baltimore. The beatings were instigated by Karen Murphy, the black bus driver of the bus the family had been riding. Even though the attacks had everything to do with race, there were no hate crime charges filed.
In April 2015, Robert Barnes, a 51-year-old homeless man was at a Sunoco gas station in Olney, Pennsylvania. A van pulled into the station, three black women and three black teens jumped out of the van and attacked Barnes. They sprayed him with mace then proceeded to beat him, a hammer and the leg of a rocking chair, their fists and then kicked him. The six blacks jumped back into the van and fled the scene and it was all caught on the gas station video surveillance system. The attack left Barnes in a coma with multiple skull fractures and other broken bones. His sister said that there was a time when her brother opened his eyes, but he was totally unresponsive to anyone or anything and existed in a vegetative state. The six blacks were caught and arrested, but no hate crime charges were mentioned or filed.
In June 2015, two white women, one holding a toddler were sitting on a park bench talking with some black women when another black woman appeared and violently grabbed the mom with the toddler by the hair. Both white women were jerked to the ground where they were beaten and kicked by most of the black women present. No mention of it being a hate crime nor any hate crime charges filed.
In August 2015, a group of seven black teens began harassing whites in Norwood, Ohio. They attacked a 13-year-old white boy just because he was white, and yet there was no mention by the media of it being a hate crime nor were any hate crime charges filed.
In August 2015, Adam Ward, a 27-year-old black, shot and killed TV reporter Allison Parker on live camera while she was being filmed by cameraman Bryce Williams, while she was interviewing Vicki Gardner. Parker and Williams were killed and Gardner was wounded but survived. Ward said the reason for the shootings were because he believed Parker made racist comments about him. Again, no mention of it being a hate crime.
In August 2015, Sheriff’s Deputy Darren H. Goforth, 47 had stopped at a Chevron station to fill his patrol car. He was in full uniform when a young black man came up behind him and opened fire, shooting Goforth multiple times. After Goforth fell to the ground, the black man stood over him and shot him several more times. Harris County Sheriff Ron Hickman described the shooting as an execution style murder. Fearing to mention anything about race, officials and the media only describe the killer as a ‘dark-complected male’ wearing red shorts and white t-shirt, driving a dark red or maroon Ford Ranger. Not only did they never mention the shooter was black but nothing was ever mentioned about I being a hate crime.
In January 2016, Winston-Salem Police Officer Adam Gardner pulled over a speeding car. There were three black men in the car. Thinking he smelled marijuana, he asked the three men to step out of the car, just about the time several other officers arrived on the scene. One of those officers was Nicholas Wayne Powell, a white officer. One of the black men, Gary Lynn jumped back into the car and tried to drive off. When Gardner and Powell tried to stop him, Lynn shot and killed Powell. Had Powell shot and killed Lynn, the media would have been all over it, calling it a racial hate crime, but since it was a black murdering a white cop, no mention of race or hate crime was ever mentioned.
The list of black on white violence extends many pages, and none of them are ever mentioned as being hate crimes. Let a white attack a black and it’s automatically labeled a hate crime.
Let a homosexual attack a Christian and it’s not a hate crime, but let a Christian do anything against a homosexual such as refusing to provide services for a same-sex wedding, and it’s instantly a hate crime.
Let a Muslim attack a non-Muslim here in the US and the Muslim is justified for defending an insult against Muhammad. Let a non-Muslim attack a Muslim regardless of the reason, and it’s instantly considered a hate crime by the liberal media and politicians.
There is a definite racial and religious bias held by the liberal media and politicians to the point that being a white Christian male, I’m automatically guilty of hate crimes just because of the color of my skin and my Christian faith. Such is the hypocrisy of media reporting in American today.
