The leftist war against the President is far, far from over, and Saturday, June 3rd looks to be a seminal day in the history of their movement.
In November of 2016, a time that feels nearly ancient today, the American people rose up to defeat the notion of leftist tyranny and globalism by roundly rejecting the possibility of Hillary Clinton landing in the Oval Office, by an enormous electoral margin. Hillary herself was so stunned that she reported drank herself into a violent stupor and physically engaged campaign manager John Podesta over the loss. It then took the former first lady nearly 12 hours to sober up and actually concede the election.
From that moment, the left has considered themselves in some sort of “resistance” club, in which anyone of any shade of blue will actively seek ways to undermine the president and his agenda by any means possible. This includes violent protests, like what is being planned for 135 cities in the U.S. this weekend.
“On Saturday, over 135 cities will join a coalition of 17 ‘national progressive groups,’ Democrat and progressive members of Congress, a Watergate prosecutor, writers, celebrities, musicians and activists in a series of national rallies known as the ‘March for Truth.’
“Marches are being hosted in over 130 cities.
“According to the Washington Post, there will be a rally but no actual march in Washington, D.C. However, organizers reportedly plan to take an aerial photograph of protesters on the Mall arranged in the form of the words ‘Investigate Trump.’
“Last month, approximately 200 demonstrators — men, women, and their children — used their bodies to form the word ‘RESIST!’ on the lawn of a public park located at President Trump’s golf course in Rancho Palos Verdes, to protest his policies and urge him to release his tax returns.”
What we are likely to witness this weekend are more crybaby millennials who are out to participate in something, with no cogent thought process behind their actions. For them, it is simply a social gathering; a way to shake off the week’s cobwebs and combat the doldrums of their everyday lives.
Here we will see the wuss-ification of America at its finest, with 135 cities’ twerps on full display.
