Tensions between the United States and the Islamic regime in Iran have been ratcheting up for some time in recent months, with a possible showdown likely on the horizon.
Iran has long been perturbed by the US, blaming the CIA and others for the Iranian revolution in the 1950’s. Now, as the nation itself takes a step back under the guise of religious rule, a number of Iranian freedom fighters have periodically taken to the streets to demand freedom – something that US President Donald Trump has been keen to promote.
After all, America loves freedom.
Now, after a major mass shooting during a military parade has left several dozen dead and injured, the leadership in Tehran is placing the blame solely on the United States, who they believe are the organizers of such terror.
At least 24 people including women and children were gunned down at a military parade in southwestern Iran on Saturday, in a rare attack the government blamed squarely on an unidentified U.S. regional ally.
Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif took to Twitter and outlined his conspiracy theory about the alleged culprits:
“Terrorists recruited, trained, armed & paid by a foreign regime have attacked Ahvaz,” Zarif said, adding: “Iran holds regional terror sponsors and their U.S. masters accountable for such attacks”.

Tensions between the US and Iran have been mounting in recent weeks, after President Donald Trump has effectively nullified the Obama-era “nuclear deal” that many global researchers believe was being exploited by the regime in Tehran.
