Independent Voters Disapprove of the Way Democrats Handled Kavanaugh Nomination

With bad news for the Democrat Party just ahead of the midterm elections, a new poll finds that independent voters disapprove of the way the Democrats handled the hate-filled attacks on Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

The Kavanaugh confirmation battle was a bruising affair filled with a dozen accusations that had not even one bit of substantive proof to make them seem in the least bit credible.

Because the ends justify the means, liberals loved the whole un-American mess. As long as their goals were being met, it didn’t matter if the accusations had even a hint of truth to them. The Democrats were pandering to their base with their unfair attacks on Kavanaugh and living up to Senator Chuck Schumer’s agenda to oppose Kavanaugh with “everything: he had.

But, it appears that independent voters are not very appreciative of the left’s drive to destroy a man and his family over fake charges of sexual harassment.

In fact, a new poll seems to find that by a 28-point margin, independents disapprove of the left’s obscene tactics.

The new CNN/SSRS poll is pretty bad news for the liberal party.

As Philip Klein reported:

Overall, just 41 percent of those polled said they wanted to see Kavanaugh confirmed, compared to 51 percent who said they opposed his confirmation. In previous CNN polls dating back to Robert Bork in 1987, no nominee has been more deeply underwater.

What’s interesting, however, is even though Democrats on the surface would seem to have public opinion on their side, just 36 percent approved of how they handled the nomination, compared to 56 percent who disapproved. (Republicans were at 55 percent disapproval and 35 percent approval). A further breakdown finds that 58 percent of independents disapproved of the way the Democrats handled the nomination — compared to 30 percent who approved. (Independents also disapproved of Republicans handling of the matter, but by a narrower 53 percent to 32 percent margin).

Of course, it’s anyone’s guess how this will all play out in November. But if the liberals expect to win the upcoming midterms, they will need independent voters to come their way.

The liberals seem to expect that there will be a “blue wave” of Democrat voters coming to the polls in November to bring the Democrats roaring back into power so they can deliver punishment to Donald Trump and his administration.

But while many in the media and the Democrat Party (but I repeat myself) think that a win for Democrats is a sure thing on Election Day, not every sign points that way. In fact, Left-winger Lynda Tran says that assuming that there will be a “blue wave” in November is not a sure bet.

Others have issued similar warning to the liberal party.

Sadly, the problem is that polls have been proven to be 100% unreliable these days. Too many of these polls seem aimed at delivering a liberal result. Worse, we often see these polls pushing a liberal message all the way until Election Day and suddenly then begin trying to “correct” their results in order to save their credibility at the last minute even as they continue to pretend to be offering credible results the whole time.

But it appears that a group of liberal billionaires are not leaving it all to chance and are pouring hundreds of millions of dollars into the midterms.

According to Fox News:

Liberal billionaires are throwing hundreds of millions of dollars behind the Democratic Party in the upcoming midterm election in November, raising questions whether the so-called “blue wave” is really a grassroots effort that activists led many to believe.

Hundreds of Democrats in this election cycle came out against the influence of America’s super-rich. “We’ve got people; they’ve got money,” New York Democratic socialist candidate Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, who won against top Democrat Joe Crowley earlier this year, declared in a campaign ad.

Many progressive candidates have since followed suit, making the pledge not to take money from the PACs financed by the ultra-rich, while simultaneously slamming Republicans for continuing, in their view, to rely on the multimillion-dollar support from the rich.

But as Democrats shun direct donations from the billionaires, they pour hundreds of millions into groups aimed at mobilizing voters and running ads against their political opponents.

In any case, there WILL be a blue wave if Republican voters too quickly forget the hell the left put this country through during the Kavanaugh confirmation process and they decide not to get out an vote.
