The Rape Accountability Project for Education Political Action Committee plans to oppose the Hillary Clinton campaign. Formerly known as Women Against Hillary, it has given itself a more memorable name. It also has a new spokesperson who will remind the nation of the record of Bill Clinton and Hillary’s work supporting her husband in dealing with accusers.
According to Reuters,
Kathleen Willey, a former White House volunteer who says Bill Clinton groped her in an Oval Office hallway in 1993 when she came to him tearfully seeking a paid job, said she had agreed to become a paid national spokeswoman for a group being created by Roger Stone.
Roger Stone said that the group will start actively campaigning against Hillary Clinton if she gets the nomination. They will educate young voters who did not live through the Clinton administration or who do not remember the behavior of the President and what was done to cover up his behavior.
The reason I think this will work now, when if didn’t in the 1990s, is that Hillary Clinton has lost her aura as the saint of the Left. Democrat parents may have passed on their warped values to their children, but they have failed to transmit their hero worship of Clinton. Bernie Sanders has taken the rhetoric of Barack Obama and added to it. He is the one who sounds radical to many left-liberals. Hillary Clinton comes across as a pragmatist.
Thus, Hillary Clinton does not have the loyalty and protection of the entire mainstream media the way the Clintons did when Bill was president. She is vulnerable like she never was before. If she manages to get the nomination, there will probably be a large contingent of angry Democrats who will be receptive to the message of Kathleen Willey.
