#Brexit leader Nigel Farage was a guest speaker at CPAC for the second year in a row, but this year’s speech was much better attended than last year’s. It’s quite likely that Farage’s notoriety as the man who led the successful fight for the UK to leave the European Union, known as #Brexit. During his speech Farage decried the forces of globalization and cheered on the citizens who were fighting the “global political revolution” to free their nations from the tyranny of a one world socialist order.

“When in years to come the generations that follow us study this period, there is one year that will stand out. There is one year that every school child will know, and that year is the year of 2016. Because in 2016, we witnessed the beginning of a global political revolution, and it is one that is not going to stop. It is one that is going to roll out across the rest of the freeworld.”

I am the supreme law of the United States. Originally comprising seven articles, I delineate the national frame of government. My first three articles entrench the doctrine of the separation of powers, whereby the federal government is divided into three branches: the legislative, consisting of the bicameral Congress; the executive, consisting of the President; and the judicial, consisting of the Supreme Court and other federal courts. Articles Four, Five and Six entrench concepts of federalism, describing the rights and responsibilities of state governments and of the states in relationship to the federal government. Article Seven establishes the procedure subsequently used by the thirteen States to ratify it. I am regarded as the oldest written and codified constitution in force of the world.
