Daily Mail, The Sun UK and The Mirror UK have all reported on a Migrant French Couple with 8 kids that has refused a FREE 5 bedroom home. Not only that, but they have refused a total of 3 homes offered to them.
They are currently residing in a 4 bedroom apartment; one bedroom is being used as an office. The parents each have smartphones and a laptop. There is a 60 inch flat screen TV and Sky HD box in their front room, plus a 52 inch television in their bedroom. Their children also have a TV and an Xbox with dozens of games. I guess that is where the nearly $55,000 they have received in government money has gone.
So why did they turn down the homes? Are they rat infested? NO. Are they eligible to be condemned? NO. The reason is because they NEED at least 6 bedrooms to be “comfortable.” If you’re not ready to chew nails yet, this might send you over the edge: The government also put them up for 2 months in a Hampton Hotel to the tune of over $47,000 with a room service bill of of over $25,000.
Would anybody like to make a wager on what the 8 children they have are going to be like in a decade or so?
Now I understand that England may not be too fond of hearing “We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.” (Declaration Of Independence but perhaps they SHOULD take a lesson from them.
You have a RIGHT to your life. Nobody has the right to kill you. They are not entitled to shoot, stab, bludgeon or do anything else to cause you to stop breathing.
You have a RIGHT to your liberty. Nobody has the right to enslave you.
You have a RIGHT to pursue happiness. Notice the word PURSUE.
Bear in mind IF you happen to break the laws of our country you pretty much forfeit any rights you have . UNless of course you want to pursue happiness with your cellmate BIG BUBBA. We are kinda picky like that.
One thing we do not GUARANTEE you is that you will be allowed to take insane advantage of a system meant to help the poor and downtrodden. Does it happen? Yes. Do we need to make changes? Yes. One thing I can almost guarantee you though is that the majority of people living in government housing in America are laughing at the idiocy you are letting these boneheads get away with. They are acting like spoiled-rotten, petulant children and you are SUPPORTING them in it. Comparing this abuse of the system to a woman with acrylic nails and a Food Stamp card is laughable.
