Is the End Near for Progressive Democratic Senator Warren?

Elizabeth Warren won a seat in the US Senate in 2012, defeating incumbent Scott Brown, a Republican. Brown surprisingly won the seat that was vacated with the death of Democrat Ted Kennedy.

Warren’s sudden rise to power, mirrors that of Barack Obama and demonstrates just how blinded many liberal Democrats are by their hatred of everything good and wholesome.

Let’s take a quick look at Warren’s track record.

From 1986 through 1995, she claimed to be American Indian in order to obtain minority status as a Harvard law professor. During that ten-year period, the professional law school directory had Warren listed as an American Indian. During her 2012 campaign for the US senate seat, then held by Republican Scott Brown, Brown produced evidence that clearly disputed Warren’s claim to be an American Indian. When Warren was unable to refute Brown’s evidence, she turned to calling and labeling Brown as a sexist and part of the Republican war on women. Sound familiar?

It seems that since the late 1990s, Warren has served as counsel on a number of legal cases including her representing the Travelers Insurance Company asbestos case which went all the way to the U.S. Supreme Court. In most these instances, she lists her Harvard Law School address as her legal office of record.

That in itself is not a problem. The problem is that according to the Legal Insurrection’s William A. Jacobson, there is no record of Elizabeth Warren ever being granted a license to practice law in the state of Massachusetts. According to Jacobson:

“Warren, however, never has been licensed to practice law in Massachusetts.”

“Warren is not licensed to practice law in Massachusetts. Warren’s name does not turn up on a search of the Board of Bar Overseers attorney search website (searches just by last name or using Elizabeth Herring also do not turn up any relevant entries).”

“I confirmed with the Massachusetts Board of Bar Overseers by telephone that Warren never has been admitted to practice in Massachusetts,” Jacobson added. “I had two conversations with the person responsible for verifying attorney status. In the first conversation, the person indicated she did not see any entry for Warren in the computer database, but she wanted to double check. I spoke with her again several hours later, and she indicated she had checked their files and also had spoken with another person in the office, and there was no record of Warren ever having been admitted to practice in Massachusetts.”

Elizabeth Warren lied about her ethnic status in order to get a job as a professor at the Harvard Law School, and continued to lie about it for years. Then she practiced law without a license in Massachusetts which is another form of lying by misrepresentation.

WBUR, the NPR radio station in Boston, the heart of Warren’s district, conducted a poll, asking voters if they believe Warren deserves to be re-elected in 2018 or if they believe that someone else deserves the chance to sit in the Senate. Even though Warren recently received a 51% approval rating in another poll, only 44% of Boston’s voters said that Warren deserved to be re-elected.

Steve Koczela, President of The MassINC Polling Group commented about the WBUR poll results, saying:

“No one’s going to look at a 44 percent reelect number and think that that’s a good number. No one’s going to look at it being close to even between ‘reelect’ and ‘give someone else a chance’ and think that that’s reassuring.”

I wonder if the latest revelation of Warren’s actions would cause the WBUR polling numbers to drop even lower. According to a recent report in the Washington Free Beacon:

“A U.S. senator who took advantage of a loophole in ethics laws to avoid disclosing a $1.3 million credit line against her home is now warning that incomplete financial disclosures from cabinet nominees put the country at risk…”

“Warren argued that financial disclosures are needed to ‘reveal potentially damaging information that may undermine fitness to serve’ and that nominees with “complex financial histories” need to be ‘forthcoming and transparent.’”

“Warren, meanwhile, continues to skirt congressional ethics laws by failing to include a $1.3 million line of credit against her Cambridge, Massachusetts, home on financial disclosure forms.”

“The line of credit was extended to Warren and her husband Bruce Mann in 2007 through financial giant Bank of America. It was first noted by the Boston Herald after Warren failed to include[d]sic the line of credit as a liability on her 2014 financial disclosure filing. It was also absent from her 2015 filing.”

It should be obvious to anyone with a brain that Elizabeth Warren has built her entire career on lies, deception and extremely left-winged biased double standards. Is the end near for progressive Democratic Senator Warren? She has no business or right to hold any public office. In fact, the only right that Elizabeth Warren has is the right to spend the rest of her life in prison for her crimes. It would only be fitting if she was assigned to the prison, block and set of cells housing other political criminals like Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama.
