Democrats Think that You Should Pay for Abortions

There is no doubt that the Democrat party is moving farther and farther left of center. They are taking a more liberal stand on almost every topic. As they have done so, there is a trend that they also are growing the things in which our government is involved.

One of these things is Abortion. Now, it is bad enough that the Democrats put up a candidate that believed in abortion up to the date of birth. Now, they want you to be forced to pay for that abortion if the mother cannot.

Democrats adopted on Monday a party platform that calls for forcing Americans to pay for the abortions of others by repealing the federal Hyde Amendment.

In addition to expressing support for Planned Parenthood, the platform also calls for the repeal of the Hyde Amendment, which prohibits taxpayer funds from being used for abortions.

“We will continue to stand up to Republican efforts to defund Planned Parenthood health centers, which provide critical health services to millions of people. We will continue to oppose—and seek to overturn—federal and state laws and policies that impede a woman’s access to abortion, including by repealing the Hyde Amendment,” it says.

“No funds authorized or appropriated by federal law, and none of the funds in any trust fund to which funds are authorized or appropriated by federal law, shall be expended for any abortion,” the 1976 law reads.

What this will mean is that if you pay taxes, even if it is just sales tax, then your money will be going to the support of abortion. They want to allocate tax money to support something that a majority of people consider sin.

Because of this, we will be as guilty of this sin as the one asking for the murder or the doctor committing the murder. We must stand against this barbarity.
