There is no question that there are only 2 real candidates for President of the United States – Donald Trump for the Republicans and Hillary Clinton for the Democrats. Yes, I know there are other candidates for fringe political parties and groups, but realistically, none of them stand a chance of being elected.
At this point, it seems that a number of key Republicans are pouting that they didn’t get their way and like a pouting three-year-old child, they don’t care about anyone or anything except themselves.
Take Ohio Governor John Kasich. He presented his platform to the American people and they turned him down. Instead of helping his Republican Party regain control of the White House, he’s too busy pouting like a little three-year-old kid. He refused to release his delegates to Trump and worse, he refused to attend or speak at the Republican National Convention. Oh boo hoo for Kasich. It’s time for him to grow up and realize that the only thing his pouting will accomplish is to drive voters to Hillary Clinton. Your actions are shameful and have no place in the adult world or in any leadership position including governor or president. If you can’t act like adult, then resign your governorship and go play with the little children where you belong.
The same is true for Senator Ted Cruz from Texas. The American people rejected what he had to offer and yes, Trump said some things that upset Cruz, but hey, I learned a long time ago that ‘stick and stones my break my bones but names can never hurt me.’ Sen. Cruz – grow up and face reality. You either endorse Trump or you help Hillary win the election.
Is your pouting worth throwing America away down the Democratic toilet?
I don’t blame those in attendance at the GOP Convention for booing you off the stage, you deserved it. You stood up there with your pouty face and defiantly refused to endorse the only person who has a chance of beating Hillary in November. I used to have respect for you, but not any longer.
I still hear talk of a third party or running independently, but that will also help Hillary to win the election. Perhaps Kasich and Cruz need to organize their own political party. They could call it the Pouty Party. Their platform could be that they will sit in a corner and pout like a three-year-old until they get their way or everyone ignores or forgets about them.
I don’t agree with everything Trump says, but when compared to Hillary, who is a habitual liar, cheat and someone who obviously cares more about herself than she does about others, the Constitution or America, supporting and voting for Trump is a no brainer. Hillary will only give us 4 more years of the same law breaking administration that we have now. At least with Trump there’s a chance for something better, if only Republicans will grow up and stop acting like pouting little kids.
