The state of affairs on our nation’s college campuses has been quite sad in recent weeks, as a liberal takeover of the millennial generation seems inevitable.
The left has certainly needed support wherever they can get it in the age of Trump, as Americans have grown to recognize the impact that a strong, conservative leader can have on our great nation. To maintain with little control they have left, the liberals of our country have turned to college-aged young people as their prime target for indoctrination, and their tactics are less than covert.
The allowance of New Fascism to rise on our nation’s campuses has been emphatically terrifying, as evidenced by the violence at UC Berkeley in February. By simply stepping aside as these students tore their campus asunder, the capitulatory left has normalized this sort of Fascist, totalitarian tactic as no big deal. They’ve allowed this to continue so, by all accounts, these angry, violent students will soon turn into vocal, voting democrats.
Now, one band of students at Adelphi University are fighting back against the liberal brainwashing of America’s college students in any way that they can, including cranking the stereo up past 10 to blast Donald Trump’s message during lacrosse games.
“The Adelphi University men’s lacrosse team uses a speech by President Donald Trump as its entrance music, and a video showing the entrance has been viewed more than 730,000 times on Instagram.
“The entrance, which includes the speech with a musical soundtrack, does not violate school policy, a school spokesman said.
“The 39-second video posted Wednesday morning on Barstool Sports’ Instagram feed shows the Adelphi players lined up about to enter the field. The player at the front of the line is carrying an American flag. It is not clear from the video at which game the clip was shot.
“Then, audio of a Trump speech begins.
“’In all of our cities and all of our towns, I make this promise. We will make America strong again. We will make America proud again. We will make America safe again. And we will make America great again.’
“At this point the players start running onto the field.
“The speech concludes, ‘God bless you, and good night. I love you.’”
While this is merely a drop in the bucket of campus politicking, it is always a pleasant surprise when we are able to report on conservative footholds growing stronger in the United States’ academic landscape.
Now, if we could just send these lacrosse players down to Berkeley to have a chat with the student body there, we may finally make some progress.
