Debbie Wasserman Schultz’s IT Assistant Snatched at Border Attempting to Flee

As the democratic party continues to disintegrate, some of the major players during the Hillary Clinton collusion scandal are running scared.

During the arduous and bizarre election of 2016, democratic nominee Hillary Clinton fell victim to a number of scandalous revelations, many coming from notorious whistleblower website Wikileaks.  Among the disclosures were tales of collusion between Clinton and the DNC to nullify the efforts of primary challenger Bernie Sanders – an offense that eventually cost Clinton her shot at the general election as women and progressives defected from her supporter base due to the corruption inherent in these tactics.

For her part in the morally-abysmal scam, Debbie Wasserman Schultz was relieved of her duty as DNC chair, with the party itself now falling victim to some of the most lackluster fundraising in years.  Now, one of Wasserman Schultz’s top aides, an IT department staffer named Imran Awan, has been arrested attempting to flee the country.

“An aide for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, D-Fla., has been arrested for attempting to flee the country and charged with bank fraud, officials said.

“Imran Awan, 37, was arrested on Monday by FBI agents and U.S. Capitol Police at Dulles International Airport trying to fly to Lahore, Pakistan.

“Awan was arraigned in U.S. District Court on Tuesday with one count of bank fraud, a federal offense, and he pleaded not guilty.

“Officials said Awan and his wife, Hina Alvi, defrauded the Congressional Federal Credit Union for $165,000 by lying on a home equity loan application, according to federal court documents.

“Awan worked as an information technology staffer for Wasserman Schultz, a former chairwoman of the Democratic National Committee. David Damron, a spokesman for her office, said he was fired Tuesday.”

As with any delusional democrat, Wasserman Schultz has attempted to distance herself from the situation with Awan, issuing a statement about his termination.

The troubles of the doomed democratic party are continuing to pile up in recent weeks, as the party has fallen into enormous debt.  Pundits and political observers around the nation have expressed concern that the party itself could soon go the way of the Dodo, given the tremendous backlash it faced after running the extraordinarily flawed Clinton against Trump in the 2016 election.
