The Hillary emails while she was Secretary of State show that more than half her meetings with private individuals were with donors.
Showing that some in the media really are getting fed up with the Clinton Foundation, AP published an article analyzing the Hillary emails.
More than half the people outside the government who met with Hillary Clinton while she was secretary of state gave money – either personally or through companies or groups – to the Clinton Foundation. It’s an extraordinary proportion indicating her possible ethics challenges if elected president.
Among those granted time with Clinton included an internationally known economist who asked for her help as the Bangladesh government pressured him to resign from a nonprofit bank he ran; a Wall Street executive who sought Clinton’s help with a visa problem; and Estee Lauder executives who were listed as meeting with Clinton while her department worked with the firm’s corporate charity to counter gender-based violence in South Africa.
Infuriatingly, nothing here violates the legal agreements signed by the Clintons in order for her to be Secretary of State (according to the story). But that just shows you that the legal agreements were toothless in the first place. They were never meant to restrain corruption but to enable it.
At one time, I thought that Barack Obama was opposed to Hillary Clinton’s nomination to run as the Democrat candidate. He probably was, to a degree. But I don’t doubt that he (or his handlers) possess a lot more of the Hillary emails. If the media is able to dig up this much suspicion, imagine what proof is possessed by those closer to her. This is another reason to expect a Hillary presidency to be Barack Obama’s third term. It is probable that she could be blackmailed.
