The radical left in America has reached an inexcusable level of neo-fascistic rage during the first year of the Trump era, attacking not only the President, but America as a whole.
Their incessant attempts to rework the First Amendment to exclude speech that offends them is merely the first step on the path to thought-policing; a tactic that all successful dictators employ at one point or another during their destructive rise to power. Should the left succeed, their next move will be to create increasingly complex pronouns and sentence structures that will, by design, be impossible for many Americans to keep abreast of. This will simply nullify those voices in the national discussion, handing the left a Fascist state on a plate.
In reality, we’re already giving the left a free pass toward this miscarriage of language by allowing them to call themselves “antifa”, or “anti-fascist”, when they are truly the opposite.
While the neutering of free speech seems to be the group’s ultimate goal, in the meantime, they are willing to settle for making life living hell for their political enemies. This includes the exploitation of the legal system to cause distress to prominent republicans.
Now, one such radical leftist has been caught red handed doing just that, and she’ll be working overtime at the artisanal coffee co-op to pay off her massive fines.
“A court in California has ordered Antifa organizer Yvette Felarca to pay $11,000 after she filed a frivolous restraining order against former Berkeley College Republicans President Troy Worden.
“In 2017, Antifa organizer Yvette Felarca filed a restraining order against former UC Berkeley College Republican president Troy Worden, citing two alleged incidents of harassment. Worden’s attorney alleges that Felarca made up two false accusations of harassment against him. He claims that Felarca used two incidents in which Worden made eye contact with her on campus as a basis for the restraining order.
“Now, a California court has ordered Felarca to pay a $11,000 fine for filing a frivolous lawsuit. The funds will go directly to covering Worden’s attorney fees. In a press release, attorney Harmeet Dhillon suggested that the fine signals that Antifa can’t use the courts to silence their political opponents. ‘Felarca and her fellow travelers in BAMN [By Any Means Necessary]/Antifa need to learn that the California courts are not their personal plaything to use and abuse at will by filing baseless and vexatious lawsuits,’ she said in the release.”
This is hopefully just the first of many decisions that will go in the favor of American sovereignty, and begin the process of weighing down and defeating these radical leftist organizations who are promoting a departure from our national identity.
