Amy Schumer sits high atop the list of b-rated “celebrities” who have made a career out of pandering to elitist, liberal audiences the world over.
The risque comedienne, whose known for blathering on non-stop about her sexual exploits and purposefully offensive material, has been one of Hollywood’s most outspoken critics of President Donald Trump. Schumer also maintains notoriety for being one of several liberal actors and actresses who proudly proclaimed that they would be moving out of the country should Trump win the election, but has not.
Now, after debuting a new standup special on Netflix on March 7th, the unfunny Schumer is being blasted with one-star reviews, filled to the brim with unflattering comments about just how awful and “unwatchable” the entire ordeal was.
“The one-hour special, which debuted on the streaming service on March 7, currently boasts an average rating of one star out of five.
“’This past year, I’ve gotten very rich, famous, and humble,’ Schumer says at the beginning of her unapologetically raunchy routine. She riffs about such subjects as how she came to grips with realizing her own beauty despite being called ‘very fat’ by Hollywood honchos, and how ‘gun nuts’ constantly fight against stricter firearms laws.
“A week after its release, however, The Leather Special is a critical flop.
Schumer is not the only left-leaning media entity to take a massive hit due to their political priorities taking precedence over their intended purpose. ESPN and the NFL have both had less than stellar years as fans tuned out after both entertainment franchises made politically heavy-handed decisions with their programming.
