Navy Veteran Takes On Hillary Clinton: “You Corrupted our National Security”!

First, Hillary Clinton said she didn’t send or receive classified information using her private server, the contents for which were mostly erased using BleachBit. She said she had only personal emails erased.

What wasn’t erased showed that there were indeed classified emails sent. Even FBI Director James Comey said that she sent classified information on her private email server.

But then, Hillary said she didn’t know that (C) meant classified. Even though she had used that parenthetical code herself on emails and documents sent through her private server.

After all that, the FBI director only saw Hillary as being excessively careless, but not enough to prosecute for a crime. If it were anyone else, it would have gone forward. But not for a Clinton.

At the Townhall event on Wednesday earlier this week, the Democratic nominee was confronted by a Navy veteran about this very subject.

“As a Naval flight officer, I held a top-secret, sensitive, compartmentalized information clearance and that provided me access to materials and information highly sensitive to our war-fighting capabilities,” the veteran explained to Hillary as she nodded. “Had I communicated this information not following prescribed protocols, I would have been prosecuted and imprisoned.”

He then asked her, “How can you expect those such as myself, who were and are entrusted with America’s most sensitive information, to have any confidence in your leadership as president, when you clearly corrupted our national security?”

That didn’t go over too well with Hillary Clinton. “You know and I know, classified material is designated, it is marked, there is a header so that there is no dispute at all that what is being communicated to or from someone who has that access is marked classified,” Hillary told the veteran.

“And what we have here is the use of an unclassified system by hundreds of people in our government to send information that was not marked. There were no headers. There was no statement ‘top secret,’ ‘secret,’ or ‘confidential,’” she continued. “I communicated about classified material on a wholly separate system.”

Hillary said that she “took it very seriously,” stating that when she traveled, she’d use “one of those little tents” to communicate and to view sensitive information to ensure maximum security.
