If you know of a crime about to be committed and you do nothing to stop it, can you face criminal charges?
The answer is yes. It’s called a crime of omission. If you know that someone is going to murder, assault, rape or rob someone and you fail to report it to the person or authorities, allowing the crime to happen, you could, under certain circumstances be charged with accessory to the fact by omission.
So let me ask you this question: if the President of the United States knowingly allows his policies to lead to the commission of crimes by others, is he guilty of being an accessory to those crimes due to his omission – the failure to stop or prevent them?
I say yes!
Barack Obama’s immigration policies and refusal to secure our southern border with Mexico is allowing millions of illegals to continue to flood into this country. Among those illegals are Islamic terrorists, felons, members of drug cartels and violent gang members. Obama has been told numerous times about these criminals and yet he continues to do little to stop them from entering America to carry on with their criminal activities against American citizens.
Now Judicial Watch is trying to raise the alarm about the dangerous influx of illegal gang members that are fueling an increase is gang violence here in the US. According to one of their recent posts:
“A major bust involving the nation’s most violent street gang reveals that the criminal enterprise—known as Mara Salvatrucha or MS-13—continues to be energized with new recruits provided by the steady flow of illegal immigrant minors entering the U.S. through Mexico.”
“The affiliation between gangs and the hordes of Central American illegal immigrants who continue invading the U.S. is a story Judicial Watch has been reporting for more than a year. The Obama administration calls them Unaccompanied Alien Children (UAC) and tries to portray them as innocent, desperate kids fleeing violence and famine in their homeland. The reality is much different, as top Homeland Security sources have told JW in the course of an ongoing investigation into the dangerously porous southern border.”
‘As soon as the UACs started arriving in the summer of 2014, Homeland Security sources told Judicial Watch that many had ties to gang members in the U.S. In fact, JW reported in 2014 that street gangs—including MS-13—went on a recruiting frenzy at U.S. shelters housing the illegal immigrant minors and they were using Red Cross phones to communicate. The MS-13 is a feared street gang of mostly Central American illegal immigrants that’s spread throughout the U.S. and is renowned for drug distribution, murder, rape, robbery, home invasions, kidnappings, vandalism and other violent crimes. The Justice Department’s National Gang Intelligence Center (NGIC) says criminal street gangs like the MS-13 are responsible for the majority of violent crimes in the U.S. and are the primary distributors of most illicit drugs.”
They go on to report that the number of MS-13 gang members being encountered at the border in Rio Grande Valley sector has been significantly increasing every year. Once here in these violent gang members spread throughout the country. On January 31 of this year, the Department of Justice issued this release:
“Fifty-six alleged leaders, members, and associates of the criminal organization ‘La Mara Salvatrucha,’ or ‘MS-13,’ have been indicted on federal racketeering conspiracy charges, including charges related to murder, conspiracy to commit murder, attempted murder, and drug trafficking. Various defendants are also charged with drug trafficking, firearm violations, immigration offenses, and fraudulent document charges.”
“This morning, over 400 federal, state and local law enforcement officers carried out the arrests of the numerous MS-13 leaders, members, and associates in the Boston area, including in the cities of Chelsea, East Boston, Everett, Lynn, Revere and Somerville. Fifteen of the indicted defendants were already in custody on federal, state or immigration charges.”
“According to court documents, in 2012, MS-13 became the first, and remains the only, street gang to be designated by the United States government as a ‘transnational criminal organization.’ Today, MS-13 is one of the largest criminal organizations in the United States, and is an international criminal organization with over 6,000 members in the United States, with a presence in at least forty-six states and the District of Columbia, as well as over 30,000 members internationally, mostly in El Salvador, Mexico, Honduras, and Guatemala. In Massachusetts, MS-13 is largely composed of immigrants and descendants of immigrants from El Salvador and has members operating throughout the Commonwealth, with higher concentrations in Chelsea, East Boston, Everett, Lynn, Revere, and Somerville.”
And yet Obama continues to take no additional action to secure the border or to protect American citizens from becoming victims of this violent gang. With all of the information available to him, I claim that Obama is guilty as an accessory by omission to every crime committed by gang members that have illegally entered this county.
His actions, or should I say inactions, could also be interpreted as grounds for treason as defined in Article 3, Section 3 of the United States Constitution.
Either way, Barack Hussein Obama is guilty and should be punished for his crimes. Perhaps the prefect punishment would be to force him to face every family who has been victimized by the thousands of gang members he allowed to illegally enter this county. Have Obama face moms, dads, husbands, wives, children, brothers, sisters and grandparents of victims and explain to them why he didn’t do his sworn duty to try to protect them and why their loved one is dead, beaten or raped. I wonder what lie he’d tell them?
