Believe it or not, dogs love art. And the colors they see best are yellow and blue.
The exhibit was part of a #PlayMore campaign, encouraging people to play with their pets. The artwork is positioned at a dog’s eye level and each has a corresponding scent.
The show included paintings and interactive constructions– including a dog bowl filled with bowls, an “open car window simulator” and other multi-media installations.
Here are a few:
Cruising Canines: This dog enjoys an open car window simulator. A giant fan wafts a dog’s favorite scents (like raw meat and old shoes).
Dinnertime Dreams: George the Daschund and Trebor the labrador love to play in an oversized 10-ft. dog bowl filled to the brim with over 1,000 play balls made to look like dog food.
Frisbee: This multimedia installation simulates a frisbee bouncing around a screen designed to captivate dogs:
And the dogs and their owners loved it!
