Hillary Clinton’s Supreme Court Justice: America’s Worst Nightmare

ABC News reported that at a campaign event in Deocorah, Iowa Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton responded to a question from the audience about who she would nominate as a Supreme Court justice if elected president. Would she elect Barack Obama?

“Wow, what a great idea. No one has ever suggested that to me, I love that, wow,” Clinton responded. “He may have a few other things to do but I tell you that’s a great idea.”

Clinton also remarked that the next president may be able to appoint “one to three” new Supreme Court justices.

Clinton then reminded the crowd, “Now we do have to get a Democratic Senate to get him confirmed so you’re going to have to help me on that, OK?”

This may be news to Hillary, but Barack Obama’s law license was retired in 2009.
