According to an FBI source, the decision to not prosecute Hillary Clinton for her mishandling of classified information came solely from the top down. More than 100 FBI agents and analysts who worked on the case wanted Hillary to be prosecuted.
The source, an official close to the case, told Fox News:
“No trial level attorney agreed, no agent working the case agreed, with the decision not to prosecute — it was a top-down decision.”
The source said the decision for Dir. James Comey to announce that the FBI would not prosecute her outraged and disgusted FBI team members (more than 100 FBI agents and analysts) who had worked overtime with six DOJ National Security and Counter Espionage attorneys.
The official told Fox News:
“It is safe to say the vast majority felt she should be prosecuted.” It was “unanimous” that they all wanted Clinton’s “security clearance yanked.”
