For now going on decades, there has been a bigotry that has existed within our education system. This basically stated that if you do not believe the status quo, then you should not have a voice. This can be seen in several different fields.
There is in the area of religion. If you are a Christian, there is no room for prayer. If you are an intelligent design proponent, you cannot teach science. And if you deny man-made Climate Change, they do not want you to hold public office. Wait, what?
That’s right. For those who have been asking for empirical evidence for this climate change, or that it is man-made, they wish to drum them out of office. And of course, they have an actor to bring the call for such totalitarian ideas.
Climate deniers should not be allowed to hold public office, Leonardo DiCaprio has said in a thinly-veiled attack on Donald Trump, staged in co-ordination with the Obama administration.
Speaking on a platform at the inaugural South By South Lawn event at the White House with President Obama and alarmist scientist Katharine Hayhoe, DiCaprio told his enraptured audience:
“The scientific consensus is in and the argument is now over. If you do not believe in climate change, you do not believe in facts, or in science or empirical truths and therefore, in my humble opinion, should not be allowed to hold public office.”
So, these people would have a cow if you suggested that we make religious oaths a requirement, but Climate Change affirmation is okay?
This is the stupidest thing that I have ever heard an actor say. But who is surprised at this? DiCaprio has never had to live in the real world and is only promoting what the wackos he is around have told him.
I do not know about you, but I am getting fed up with know-nothing actors, has-been rock stars, and lifer politicians telling us why we should give up our rights to them.
