Congress Breaks Oath of Allegiance, Does Nothing About Jihad Camps in America

Elected U.S. Senators, Congressmen, and the President must swear an Oath of Allegiance to hold the office to which they were elected. By doing so, they affirm:

I hereby declare, on oath, that I absolutely and entirely renounce and abjure all allegiance and fidelity to any foreign prince, potentate, state, or sovereignty of whom or which I have heretofore been a subject or citizen; that I will support and defend the Constitution and laws of the United States of America against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same; that I will bear arms on behalf of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform noncombatant service in the Armed Forces of the United States when required by the law; that I will perform work of national importance under civilian direction when required by the law; and that I take this obligation freely without any mental reservation or purpose of evasion; [so help me God is optional.]

Yet despite swearing such an oath, no elected official in any state has sought to eradicate numerous non-profit and religious organizations, charter schools, and Jihadi training camps that operate on American soil with connections to terrorism.

To date, at least 107 Islamist non-profit organizations in 29 states are linked to terrorism, without fear of legal prosecution or deportation.

Islamist organizations, allegedly supported by the Muslim Brotherhood, Hezbollah, and Hamas, sponsor conferences, workshops, speakers, and materials to advance a specific political Islamist ideology. Through social networking and multi-media these organizations reach millions of young adults, families, educators, and cultural leaders beyond their local communities, inspiring them to promote Islam as a “religion of peace.”

Yet, Islam literally means “submission:” submission to Allah and the Qur’an. And, the Muslim Brotherhood’s motto is: “Allah is our objective; the Prophet is our leader; the Qur’an is our law; Jihad is our way; dying in the way of Allah is our highest hope.”

The Gulen Charter-School Network is linked to Common Core, receives tax credits, and teaches the purpose for a global Caliphate.

Islamist leader Fethullah Gulen, with over $30 billion in wealth, is rapidly implementing several approaches towards this end. One approach is his successful launch of the largest charter school network in the United States. In less than a decade, hundreds of thousands of students have enrolled in over 150 charter schools. In Houston, for example, recent data reveals that the Harmony School, including more than 36 charter schools, costs taxpayers roughly $150 million per year, enrolls over 20,000 students, and has a waiting list of 30,000.

In 2010 in several states, investigators began looking into how public funds were allegedly used to recruit and provide visas to Turkish instructors instead of hiring Americans. The FBI and the Departments of Labor and Education have been investigating Gulen since 2011.

Most problematic is the active presence of Jamaat ul-Fuqra jihadi camps on American soil.

At least 35 documented Jamaat ul-Fuqra jihadi training camps exist in at least 17 states–under the guise of a tax-exempt organization, Muslims of America Inc., led by Pakistani Sheikh Mubarak Ali Gilani.

The Jamaat ul-Fuqra 80- acre headquarters is located in Hancock, New York. Known as The Town of Islamaberg, it enforces Sharia Law and has allegedly ammassed stockpiles of illegal weapons.

According to a 2006 U.S. Department of Justice report, Jamaat ul-Fuqra “has more than 35 suspected communes and more than 3,000 members spread across the United States, all in support of one goal: the purification of Islam through violence.” The report also states:

“over the past two decades Jamaat ul-Fuqra has been linked to multiple murders, bombings and various other felonies throughout the United States and Canada.”

Jamaat ul-Fuqra camp instructors teach participants how to use weapons (illegal, un-registered, un-licensed AK-47 rifles, rocket launchers, machine guns, and C4 explosives), how to kidnap and kill Americans, and how to conduct sabotage and subversive operations.

Confirmed Jamaat ul-Fuqra Jihadi training camps are located in:

  • Alabama: Marion
  • California: Baladullah, Oak Hill, Squaw Valley, Tulare City
  • Colorado: Buena Vista, Trout Creek Pass (over 120 acres)
  • Florida: Talahassee
  • Georgia: Commerce, Macon, Mecca Circle, Wayne County, Jessup
  • Massachusetts: Springfield
  • Maryland: Hagerstown and Hyattsville
  • Michigan: Coldwater
  • New York: Binghamton, Deposit, Hancock (headquarters)
  • Oklahoma: Talihina
  • Pennsylvania: Philadelphia, Wayne County
  • South Carolina: In York County, the 36-acre Jamaat ul-Fuqra compound, Holy Islamville, is a self-defined Islamist village that has established its own Sharia Law civil government.
  • Tennessee: Dover
  • Texas: Houston and Waco
  • Virginia: Fairfax, Falls Church, Meherrin, Roanoke, and Red House (over 120 acres)
  • West Virginia: Bethany
  • Washington: Onalaska

This list includes only known confirmed locations. Americans living in these states have the constitutional right to demand protection from their government from domestic threats. Citizens must demand answers as to why their elected officials have allowed nonprofit organizations with links to terrorism to continue to operate in America. Americans must demand explanations as to why Jamaat ul-Fuqra camps have not been closed and Islamists have not been deported.

Americans must also demand Congressional hearings (similar to Iran-Contra) to eradicate Muslim Brotherhood operatives working in the Departments of Justice and Homeland Security, as well as interrogations, trials, and arrests for government officials who have and continue to violate their most basic duty to uphold the allegiance to which they swore.

These maps are also most likely incomplete; roughly based on 2006-2008 FBI data.
