Can We Protest and Walk Off Our Jobs If Recount Gives Hillary the White House?

From the moment that election officials declared Donald John Trump to be the winner of the November 8 election, tens of thousands of liberal Democrats have taken to the streets of America in protest. The majority of those protesting are younger adults and college students, many whom walked out of their college classes to protest and complain that Hillary Rodham Clinton didn’t win.

To be honest, it’s not surprising given the changes in America over the past two generations.

To begin with, if you look at any of the election maps showing what counties Trump and Clinton won, you will notice that the small blue areas indicating Clinton victories are where these same major cities with protests are located. Large cities seem to have become bastions of brainwashed or uninformed liberals and the vote and protests prove it.

Then we have a country that has been reshaped by liberal social do-gooders, many of whom say that parental spanking is a form of torture or child abuse and should be banned. They rejected God and the Bible and then rejected the biblical teaching of Proverbs 10:13; 13:24; 22:15 and 23:13-14. As a result, we have an entire generation that have been raised by poor anti-biblical parenting who are used to throwing temper tantrums whenever they don’t get their way.

Sadly, many college professors and counselors have begun coddling these poor traumatized students. A Yale economics professor made his mid-term exam optional because his student were so stressed over the election results. Others have provided hot chocolate, chalk and crayons to students to help them destress because of the election.

Jill Stein, the presidential candidate of the very liberal Green Party, has raised enough money to force a recount of the ballots cast in Wisconsin, one of the states that helped put Trump over the required 270 electoral votes. Stein claims that her quest for a recount has nothing to do with trying to get Hillary Clinton in the White House, but with there being no chance of Stein winning Wisconsin, what other motive could she have?

Stein and many Clinton supporters are calling for recounts of the votes in Pennsylvania and Michigan. The deadline for a recount application for Pennsylvania is Monday and Michigan is Wednesday. Like in Wisconsin, recount applications for Pennsylvania and Michigan will require millions of dollars to pay for the recounts and Stein has yet to raise the full $7 million to pay for the Wisconsin recount.

So what would happen if there were recounts in all three states and Hillary Clinton was then declared the official winner of the election?

Will tens of thousands of conservatives walk off their jobs and take to the streets in protest?

I’m sure that if that happened that there would be tens of thousands of conservatives out of work. I know if I walked off my job to protest a Hillary Clinton victory that I’d quickly join the ranks of the unemployed. Millions of conservatives were upset when Barack Obama won in 2008 and 2012, but you didn’t see them take to the streets in protest or walk out of classrooms or their jobs.

That’s because most conservatives are also responsible adults who understand that life holds disappointments for all us. They also understand that they have responsibilities to their employers and to provide for their families.

To be honest, if I were a college professor and any of my students walked out of class to protest Trump’s victory I would have automatically failed them for the semester.

I’m praying that any recounts will confirm Trump as the victor, but if not, then as upset and concerned as I am over the idea of a Hillary presidency, I’ll be a responsible adult and stay on my job. But I can’t help but wonder if other conservatives will react just like the liberal Democrats and protest a Hillary presidency? Hopefully, we’ll not be faced with that possibility.
